UX/UI, USER RESEARCH, APP DESIGN, BRANDING

Concept project for an app-based startup operating in NYC, SF, and Atlanta that offers fast floral delivery to anyone within an hour of ordering. They partner with local florists who are able to “claim” a new order as it comes in and prepare and deliver the order within the time frame specified. The goal of this concept project was to create a beautiful in-app experience similar to other mobile delivery services like Postmates or Uber. They also asked to rebrand their existing logo, colors, and typography.

CLIENT: FLORAGOGO

Floragogo wanted to differentiate themselves by leveraging their position as a mobile-first floral delivery start up.

They believed their biggest areas of opportunity included creating an intuitive, seamless, and quick customer app experience combined with an equally simple and intuitive experience for local florists. They also wanted the app to focus on local florists and a hand crafted, artisan experience for the end user.

UserFlow & FloristFlow-FGG.jpg

User Flow

Users must be able to sign-up quickly via google or facebook and be able to search by price and style. Additionally, some sort of order tracking notification need to be included.

Florist Flow

Florists must be able to sign-up within 2 screens and receive a notification via the 3rd about the approval process. Some sort of order tracking also needed to be included in the Florist flow.

In addition to the intuitive user and florist flow, Floragogo wanted the brand to be fresh and reflect the hand crafted unique bouquets created by the local florist in each area.
