CLIENT: Floragogo
Concept project for an app-based startup operating in NYC, SF, and Atlanta that offers fast floral delivery to anyone within an hour of ordering. They partner with local florists who are able to “claim” a new order as it comes in and prepare and deliver the order within the time frame specified. The goal of this concept project was to create a beautiful in-app experience similar to other mobile delivery services like Postmates or Uber. They also asked to rebrand their existing logo, colors, and typography.
ABOUT
THE ASK
Floragogo wanted to differentiate themselves by leveraging their position as a mobile-first startup since many of their competitors focus on the desktop experience. They believed their biggest areas of opportunity included creating an intuitive, seamless, and quick customer app experience combined with an equally simple and intuitive experience for local florists.
CONSTRAINTS
Users must be able to:
Sign-up quickly via google or facebook
Search and filter products by price and style
Florists must be able to:
Sign up quickly within 2 screens and receive a notification via the 3rd screen about the approvall process
Some form of “order status” tracker must be included for both customers and florists
